Group Personal Training
Group and partner personal training splits the cost of training and makes it more affordable to more people.
Group PT is aimed at a maximum of 2-6 people working together; this is because any more than six and it loses the ‘Personal Training’ feeling and becomes more of a class atmosphere with less individual attention to each client which is not what you pay for.
It still involves goal setting and progress reviews and is still all about gaining real improvements. It can be a lot more fun to work with a friend or partner and you can motivate each other as well, why not make it a friendly competition?
