Body Pound is a 60 minute full body workout of high repetition resistance training using a barbell.
The workout is non-impact and as you are using a barbell the weights are adjustable to suit each individual. If you want to lose weight and ultimately change your body shape then this is the class for you.

TPT Fit Club will work on your endurance, strength, power and flexibility all in 60 minutes twice per week for the total of 8 weeks.
